Assuming the IP address for the OUM OnlineLearning System has been correctly identified. A manual on the configuration of TCP/IP for one of the Home network hosts.
The manual will fully be done through Windows 10 Control Panel.
Step 1
Head to the Search Bar and type in Control Panel then proceed by clicking on it.
Step 2
After Control Panel has been opened, several menu options will appear, proceed by clicking on Network and Internet.
Step 3
Two options will then appear, which are Network and Sharing Center and Internet Options. Click on Network and Sharing Center.
Step 4
After that, a page showing the PC active network will appear. On the left hand side of the page will show a list. Proceed by clicking on Change adapter settings on the list.

A Network Connections page will then appear, Right Click on the active network connection and choose Properties.

A small window, Wi-Fi Properties will then appear. In it will be a list. In the list choose Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and click on Properties.
Step 7
The window, Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) Properties will appear. Here is where the configuration of the IP address can be done.
Usually, TCP/IP configuration would already be automatically obtained by DHCP server. To set the configuration, choose Use the following IP address. This will allow the IP address, Subnet mask and Default gateway to be configured.

Step 8
Now fill in the information. First, use the IP address that was obtained during subnet calculation which is 192.168.0.196.
The Subnet mask will be filled automatically according to the IP address class. The Subnet mask will be 255.255.255.0.
The Default gateway will act as an intermediary between the local network and the world wide web (www). The host address will usually be the same as the IP address but with different number for 4th octet and that number will always be 1. Hence, the Default gateway will be 192.168.0.1. The Preferred DNS server, will be the same as the Default Gateway.
Step 9
After the required information has been completely filled, click Validate settings upon exit and click the OK button.
We will then be redirected to the Wi-Fi Properties window. Click the Close button to proceed.
Lastly, Internet Connection test can be run. If the connection to the internet is successful, that means the IP Configuration was successful.
